Katina Michael delivers an invited presentation on the topic of the “Pros and Cons of Implantables” for @IEEESSIT. The presentation was delivered at the International Convention Centre in Sydney, Australia, on August 13, 2017. The sensor Katina is wearing during the presentation is known as an intervention. Only four people in the audience said that they would be willing to be implanted. Most audience members, all of whom were from our IEEE technical community, said they would NOT adopt the invasive technology.
