Dr Rob Nicholls is Australia’s first Independent Telecommunications Adjudicator in a regime established to deal with disputes arising over both legacy services and migration to the Australian National Broadband Network. He is also a telecommunications and media regulatory consultant, researcher and part-time lecturer. Rob is a researcher at UNSW Law investigating systematic risks in the structure and regulation of a part of the finance sector.
Rob has had a thirty-year career concentrating on regulatory, business and technology strategy in networked industries, particularly telecommunications and broadcasting. He has published a large number of papers as well as book chapters and is the co-author of the Radiocommunications Commentary in Communications, Law and Policy.
