Dr Michael Eldred is an Australian philosopher, mathematician and translator currently living in Cologne, Germany. He is the author of several books, including Social Ontology: Recasting Political Philosophy Through a Phenomenology of Whoness 2008, The Digital Cast of Being: Metaphysics, Mathematics, Cartesianism, Cybernetics, Capitalism, Communication 2009, and co-author of Digital Whoness: Identity, Privacy and Freedom in the Cyberworld2013.
