SSIT member Mario Aleman has received an IEEE Foundation Community Enablement Proof of Concept 2nd Place Award in the Foundation’s “Connecting the Unconnected” Challenge.
This Award recognized the project “Empowering Indigenous Communities in Rural Guatemala with Digital Inclusion through a Solar-powered Community Infrastructure.”
SSIT congratulates Mario Aleman, and his co-recipients Susan Arrachea, Nereyda Ortiz, and Alejandro Alvarado, for their efforts and dedication.
