A ballot for the election of three members to the IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology Board of Governors was issued with a deadline of 13 October.

IEEE counted the ballots returned and confirmed that the following candidates have been elected for a three-year term (1 January 2022 – 31 December 2024):

SSIT thanks all six candidates for volunteering their time, energy and ideas to serve as a Member-at-Large of the SSIT Board of Governors.

Unfortunately, only three candidates can secure the three available positions.

The Society will ask all six candidates to help us in the future.
