The 3rd ICT4AD’19 Conferences is organised in Yaounde, Cameroon by ANTIC (National Agency for Information and Communication Technology) – IST-Africa Partner for Cameroon, and African Centre for Women, Information and Communications Technology (ACWICT) and Financial Co-Sponsored by IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology.

 

Papers are invited on all aspects of ICT for Development, including but not limited to: Theoretical Aspects in Information System; Cultural Issues of ICT in Africa; Social Issues of ICT in Africa; ICT for Digital Transformation; ICT for Education; Applied ICT projects
